As its name suggests, H10 Las Palmeras is set in magnificent, tranquil subtropical gardens filled with lush, verdant palm trees. The hotel has direct access to the seaside promenade and the beach. There are a host of leisure and sporting facilities available at the hotel for guests to enjoy, including 4 tennis courts located by the sea, as well as 2 swimming pools for adults and one for children. There is also a games room, table tennis and mini-golf. The hotel offers an extensive programme of daily and nightly entertainment and there is entertainment for children in the summer. The Big Ben Bar offers nightly entertainment and live music. In the summer months, the focus of the entertainment shifts to the terrace surrounding the bar hut and the barbecue area, close to the swimming pools. There is also a piano bar with a non-smoking area. The Whale bar/restaurant is situated just by the seaside promenade and offers an extensive menu, including many traditional local specialities. The buffet restaurant has a live, open kitchen and also offers themed suppers. Upon request, the restaurant can also cater for various special dietary requirements, including gluten-free diets. All of the rooms have excellent views. The junior suites are larger and more spacious with a bigger bathroom and a separate living room.
